I don't have this problem because my hair is fairly straight with just a few waves, and curls at the ends. Yours is very frizzy and fine. There might be some kind of shampoo or oil that would enable tangles to be undone. I'm sure someone must know what's on the market. Do you have a wife or partner who could patiently untangle it. It can't be any more difficult than fishing line or the ropes on my boat! :) I hope you don't have to cut it.
