Not actually being there when this cut was done you could say there was miscommunication but if you said four and got ten she must have been using a rubber ruler!Should you decide to trust her again I would make sure you have a detailed conversation about what you want and make her repeat it.At this point you should just skip trims anyway for at least two years to reclaim what you lost.Personally I stopped all hair trims and maintain my terminal length which is mid back.Cheers
