I've read here over the years that your longhair is susceptible to damage while u sleep and it was recommended to tie your hair into a loose ponytail at night. I use a black scrunchie but I'm gonna get some silk ones. They look frilly but it's only for bed and I live by myself. My hair is about the same length as yours and wavy but I haven't had tangles for a while-maybe this is why??
