: I got this for my brother's wedding in a month but I like wearing it down. My hair is long enough that it doesn't look messy even after being in the wind-the weight of my hair brings it back to the way it looked before getting hit by wind. So I may just wear my hair down at the wedding and use this cuff for something else.

You're right-I emailed the seller and they said you hook it to the elastic tied in your hair. I would think you hook the elastic before letting go of the elastic so your hair doesn't get hooked!
