Does sleeping on top of my hair damage it? I tend to sleep on the side of my head, and I have a lot of hair growing from the side of my scalp so my head is on top of it as I sleep. Is this damaging to my hair, and should I change my sleeping position to something else? If so, what sleeping position should I change to instead? P.S. I already use a silk pillow
