: : : : It' now time for my yearly update.

: : : : Here's how long my hair was 6 years ago (Dec 2012).

: : : And here's how long it is today....6 years later!

: Hi Ted

: Thank you for your kind words!

: I wash my hair almost daily with the Giovanni 2Chic Ultra Volume shampoo. We have a well at home so the water is always clean. Yes, I keep my hair down at work most of the time. However, at home, since my wife & kids unfortunately cannot stand my long hair (or maybe they are just jealous!), I tie them up for dinner.

: Hope the New Year brings you HEALTH, happiness and many inches of long hair growth!

Hi A.D.,
I bet that well water is really good for your hair! I must say your hair looks great even though you wear it down most of the time. Many people seem to have problems with long hair when they wear it down a lot. They complain about split ends and frizz. Also, I have read that washing every day can cause problems. I have had to start washing my hair every day now to prevent oil build up on my scalp. I think maybe your family is jealous of your wonderful hair!:) I have never heard of that brand of shampoo. Do you condition your hair?

I thank you kindly for the well wishes! My health seems to be holding up so far. I haven't had to go to the hospital lately thank the Lord. I am still on dialysis 3 times per week for 4 hours a session. I am trying to get put back on the kidney transplant list. I was taken off since my heart became weak. One day at a time I say! As far as my hair, it's growing but slowly. I seem to have lost a lot of the thickness I used to have. But it doesn't seem to be balding. I'm not giving up. I figure at the 2 year mark it should look pretty good. I might post an update at the 1-1/2 year point.

Thanks again for your kind thoughts! Please keep that wonderful mane growing and I look forward to your next update!

Ted
