Hey Marty,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I like the pic you have included. You said that this pic is from 2002? What does your hair look like now?

I suspect that my hair is damaged. I suspect that I have split ends. My hair used to grow out at a rate of approximately 1/2 in. per month. I have not had a trim since Aug., 2017. This is because there is a dude by the name of Jeremy who issued a challenge to all guys who wanted to grow out their hair. He said that as of Sept. 5, 2017 he challenged all guys to not cut their hair for two (2) years. At the end of that time they should be beyond the awkward stage and their hair should be approximately twelve (12) inches long. I accepted his challenge. I had some hairs growing from the left rear side of my head which were just about touching my pacemaker. I just tested my hair and they were just above my pacemaker. I thought that I was losing length. I thought that I was losing length. I thought that I might have reached terminal length. Nevertheless, I am sure that my hair will continue to grow. I am thinking about giving up on Jeremy's challenge and going back to getting my hair trimmed by 1/4 in. every two (2) months. You can access Jeremy on instagram at thetruejeremy. The stylist to whom I used to go is about ninety-five (95) miles away. I was giving some thought as to whom I could go to in whose hands I would entrust my hair. I will post a pic of my hair in the next couple of days or so.
I like to finger comb my hair and then to comb it out with a wide toothed comb.
I will try getting my hair trimmed about 1/4 in. every two (2) months and see what difference that makes.
Watch for my hair pic on the hyperboard.

Your long haired bro,
