Thank you so much for your kind words. That photo was only just taken this morning, the day after I washed it, and although still a bit light, the colour is a better match than the photo that I took a few days ago. I actually find that my hair looks best on the second, third, and fourth days after washing, but if I try to push it to five days, my hair starts to get greasy. I usually wash it every 3-4 days. I don’t mind a few silvers at all, actually. Although I wish that I could achieve more length, I’m reasonably content with what I have at 66, going on 67 this summer.
Actually, my walking trail used to be a railway line that was decommissioned about 15 years ago. It has been paved for about ten years now, and they even keep it plowed and salted in the winter. I find it a wonderful resource, and it gets a lot of use from walkers, cyclists, and runners.
