Hi everyone,
I have been quiet for a while, but now I found some time for another update. My long hair journey is reaching 5 years this month and it's kind of a big thing for me. :) Also I've wanted to try out my recording equipment, so I've made a video and now it's on my youtube channel (I hope I won't regret this, haha... no no no)

With the warm weather, it's really nice to be outside with a T-shirt and feel the hair on my arms and elbows.

Your hair looks fantastic. As for trimming, trim the least amount possible to stop split ends. 1 centimeter is usually enough. You could also do search and destroy for splits one hair at a time. Removing 5 millimeters is usually sufficient.

Truly inspirational Philip! It appears that it's been growing steadily for you with no signs of slowing down yet. I'd bet you have a long way to go before reaching terminal should you want to go for that. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! I'm very thankful that I have the ability to grow it long, both being in a long hair accepting environment and physically. I'm not sure about terminal length, but knee length would be very interesting. Keep it growing :)
