When I went to the link posted, I got a re-direct that said my phone was infected with 25 viruses!(bogus)
I agree, North Korea is some kind of screwed up place.

It works fine on my desktop with Firefox. No virus messages from
Norton, Malwarebytes, or Adaware.
I was on my phone... maybe Android targeted

Simple answer: don't go to N. Korea!

It's not that simple. Bear in mind the Korean war never really ended, it paused with a cease fire. And the immature leader of that country would love to pull off an attack on the US of A. (Notice all the tests to fife off verious weapons? Fortunetly it all fails for now.)
