Hey guys,
I hope you’re all have a great summer. It’s been busy here on the bamboo farm – one of our best years ever, plus I’m still working full time as an R.N., so it’s been just crazy in my neck of the woods, but I like being busy, so no complaints. In addition to everything else, we’ve been finalizing the plans for the new home that we are going to be building. Anyway, just thought I would take a few minutes to say hi and post a recent picture of my hair growth. Take care. All the best,

Thanks, Raymond. I'm not sure how long I will let it grow. I'm curious to see how long it might get, but at some point I may decide that enough is enough. Time will tell. One thing I've learned from you guys is to not make any rash decisions.

Thanks, Steve. It just takes time - mine is about 19 months growth at this point, with one trim that took off about an inch.

good to hear that you're busy and enjoying it. Also your hair has grown a lot! It shows a slight wavy structure and it looks good on you. Do you put it in a ponytail?

Hi Philip,
My hair was even wavier when I grew it long in my youth, but it still has some of that. I usually wear it down when I am at home and put it in a ponytail when I go out, although it is now at a length where it is getting in my mouth at times, so I sometimes wear it in a tail around the house. I tried braiding it the other day, but I could not get a decent braid - I guess it must take a lot of practice.
