When this thought enters my mind (should I cut it for "practical" reasons, to be less noticeable in public, etc?) it is dismissed very quickly. I am not interested in conforming to "other people" beyond respecting their rights, and I can tie it up, put on a hat, etc. for activities like sailing or using woodwork machinery.

I feel like most other people here on MLHH. Hair is a part of our individuality and way of life. If there is a temptation to chop it off, there is the "two-week rule": think it over for that period of time and never act in anger or on impulse, just like anything in life.

This board is a place where we discuss hair, because it is still contested in some sectors of modern life. We are not obliged to be conformists and one purpose of life is to be ourselves and free.

Greetings to all,

Anthony

I'm not against long hair and have had it on and off, but do some of you ever desire change and go short?
