I´ve been growing out my hair för almost a year now.
It´s about 4 inches long.
Now is an Ugly mullet style like PatrickSwayze-Macgyver LOL!!
I have tried conditioner somtimes but my har gets greasy really fast afterwards.
When is a good length to start using conditioner?

It depends. Is your hair soft and smooth? Then you don't need conditioner. If it's dry, you need conditioner.
I have naturally oily hair, so when my hair was short I didn't use conditioner at all. But as it got longer the ends got super dry.
If you've got hair like mine, you might want to start conditioning JUST THE ENDS. That way, you won't have a greasy mess near your scalp, but your ends will stay smooth and soft.
