I use that exact thing. I love the stuff. After I get out of the shower, I like to let my hair get a few minutes of free time! Then, I'll take a quarter size amount and smear it all around my hands and work that oil into my hair starting from the root to the tip. It takes a little work to use all the product from your hands. It's gonna take a few tries to learn how much yer comfortable with but, it's a great for replacing the natural body oils you just got done washing out. Some people even add it to their conditioner.
