Thanks Jason. Yes, I continue to get the ends trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks by a stylist I trust and understands my goals. Not sure if it really helps but I do take 10,000mcg of Biotin plus Keratin daily. There was a time when I thought I had reached terminal length but now I am noticing more growth so I'm hoping it continues.
Your recent update was impressive as well. Your hair has always looked great

: That's really impressive, Karsten! Are you continuing to get regular trims? I'm hoping to finally find out my terminal length and it's very inspirational to see that your hair continues to lengthen. I always liked your photo shoots out in nature as well.
