I have been "away" for a while. Here's my mane in a bit of a mess, but nearly 4 years. I'm on holiday and there is a lot of wind and erratic weather.

Wow, Anthony! Now that's a mane to be proud of! It's been inspirational to follow your journey all this time and to see how amazing your hair has become. It doesn't seem to be slowly down all that much in its growth so you may have many inches still to go.

Wow, your hair has grown quite a bit since you started your hair journey! I must say it's looking great for four years! Even if it's messy! I can't imagine what it would look like if it was combed! I've always been concerned about balding. My dad who is 67 years old is balding similar to Jean Luc Picard from Star Trek, except with a bit more hair around the sides.
Currently, 36 year old asian guy, and have been growing it out for 3 years. The hair color has a mix of black, brown, gray, with a hint of white. Perhaps, a bit of vitamins and practicing the NoFaps.
I wonder if NoFaps helps?
Since I've been doing it since I was 12 years old.

Thank you all for the kind messages. Indeed I don't seem yet to be at terminal length. I'm not in any kind of competition!
I'm back home before another couple of weeks of holiday in the second part of August. I'll be continuing to do quite a lot of sailing, hair tied up and wound up in a bun.
