In the wake of the tragedy in Las Vegas here is something to take

I live approximately 140 miles from Las Vegas and lived there for many years while studying at UNLV. Obviously I have many friends there....still have not tracked them all down.
....our main question is, WHY,WHY would anyone do such a thing ??
From the information we have now it would be appear he wanted to commit suicide. He apparently spent a number of days gambling
alot (he was a millionaire). After the gambling he opened fire on the crowd at the concert and then took his own life. 59 dead, more than 500 injured. And the death toll could very well increase. Between the hotel and his house he had 49 guns a number of them modified to work as an automatic. The whole thing is scary.
I think that it is now becoming a contest amongst these mentally ill people to see who can go down as the greatest mass murderer. Very sick.
Yes, very sick. Terrible. There are more than just "theories" in circulation about this that appear to have some genuine validity to them. You won't here any of this on your local news as well as read it in your local main street media newspapers. I feel sorry for what is happening all around us and am thankful that I was born when I was. Wishing all of you guys here at the MLHH well and nice to see that this site is still available after so many years for men desiring to and having long hair. Good luck to each and every one of you.

Nice to see you check in! But wish under better circumstances! As a dialysis patient with terminal kidney disease, I sure can't offer any explanation. Very very sad. I found the following article interesting though.
On a different note, I want to know why in the heck Tom Petty had to go! Now that is also very sad! May he free fall in Peace forever!

The main question, why would anyone do such a thing?
To become famous.
One thing they need to do in these shootings is to never name
the shooter (to avoid making the shooter famous.) Deprive the shooter the publicity of the act.
