This is how long my hair used to be 5 years ago....

This is how long it is now, exactly 5 years later!
Hope you like it as much as I do!

Hi A.D.,
Wow! I absolutely love your hair! Just the right amount of wave and the perfect color! Way to go! Please don't cut it! Hope you're doing well!
Ted
Hi Ted.
How are you? Are you feeling better?
Thank you for your comments. And rest assured, I do not plan to cut my hair anytime soon!
Be well.

Hi A.D.,
Thanks for the nice message! I am doing okay nowadays. I have been on dialysis about 6 and a half years. I am still waiting for a kidney transplant. They took me off the eligibility list for a transplant because of my weak heart. So, I have been trying to get over that hurdle. But I am still enjoying my life and feeling pretty good. Heck, I'm more concerned with my hair growing back than anything! I know it sounds crazy! But it's true!
I hope you're doing great also! Happy New Year and you stay well!
Ted
Yep, certainly do. I wish I had hair like that!
Hi MG.
Thank you for your comment. I don't know where you are in your journey. But I have two words of advice: Be patient!
A.D.
Thank you. I am going to have to learn patience.
Amazing! Very nice. I wish my hair grew so fast. Lance
Thank you for your comment Lace. Half an inch trim every six months did it for me. Be patient.
A.D.
Majestic! Did you also grow your beard?
Thank you for your comment. And no, I'm not into beards!

With many of you here around, I notice that you shoot self portraits through the bathroom window rather than using self-timer (featured in really all digicams nowadays!) and a tripod - they are not that expensive, and you could do many interesting things with them, such as time-lapse videos or (with higher zooming) astro-photography! Just a suggestion...
Wow..........that looks sensational. At one time I had achieved about the same length. Funny thing, but it really wasn't all that hard to care for either. Thank you for sharing that photo. Merry Christmas! :-)
Justin~
Thank you for your comment Justin.
Your hair was as long as mine at one point? Why did you cut it?
It's true I don't find it hard to care for my long hair. It just takes longer to dry!!!!
A.D.
It was due to emergency surgery to save my life and I barely made it. It was very hard on the body and the hair kept falling out. After 8 months of trying to save something not worth saving, I cut it. No regrets however. I knew long hair well and since have had a blast doing all kinds of different styles. Life is way too short not to sample, at least for myself, and before you know it I will be 70 this August.
Looking great and wonderful for five years.
Thank you for your comment Duncan.
It takes time...but well worth it. You've been at it for a while as well. I guess you must feel the same.
A.D.
Congratulations !!!
