I don't buy it. If that were the case all the customers at
Dunkin' Donuts/Starbucks/etc. would have full heads of hair with no one balding.
I've had longhair,on a continuous basis, beginning in my early 20s all the way to my current age of 56.Today is my birthday BTW :) During my younger years I never drank coffee at all but started drinking it I'd say in my mid 30s for the first time in my life. The Starbucks revolution hadn't taken off back then so assume I drank Dunkin Donuts coffee.With that said thinking of my longhair, pre coffee drinking, to after I started in my opinion I can't say that my hair grew any faster or got thicker because of it.This my real life experience if one wants to consider coffee a hair growth agent.Cheers
