Hi gentlemen
Ok, so its been about a year growing now, from a shorter cut and I'm pretty pleased how things are progressing, looks like a) i still have the capacity to grow a decent mane, and b) it's still chaotic!! Hoorayy!!

Great to hear from you and thanks for the comments on my growth journey, it's good to hear from some of the old guard shall we say :)
Cycling is pretty good, not as fit as I would like, although I have been concentrating on building upper body and back strength, to hopefully prevent more back issues. I still manage at least one decent ride per week - how's the cycling for you?

I hear you on the back strength. I get injured a lot less since I've been doing a lot of core work as well as other strength training.
The cycling is still going strong. I've been doing well over 6000 miles per year for the last few. I find it helps my mental health as much or more than my physical.
Yup, definately agree on the mental health, I'm prone to dark times and it certainly helps to get fresh air and peace.
