Went to Comic Con up in Council Bluffs, Iowa yesterdays and didn't really have anything to dress up in, with the pass I had ;o ... so instead, did up my hair up in a "Samurai style" ;p heh... happy with the results :) ~
(the wife helped as well ;p ~)

Hi yoshiki, that's very nice stick work but I don't know how the stick stays in being only that one.I frequently bun my hair with sticks like that but use two. The first stick is what I wrap my hair around, then the other stick is used to lock it all together.If I don't do it right it won't take long for both sticks to fall out.I need to achieve the right amount of pressure to keep them from dropping out but not too much that its pulling my hair to tight.Cheers

My wife showed me the trick - a hair tie with the chopstick between the tie and scalp... and a nice trick at that ;) ~
(albeit not too authentic ;o ~)
Would've been sleek if you managed to tuck in the rest of it, but overall seems like a nice look, also quite a length gain, impressive.
