I asked if conditioning is needed when hair are clean and doesn't need to be washed.
As example, they are clean for one week and no washing are needed for this period. Do I have to use conditioner in the middle of the week?
I read that some people conditioning without shampoo every few days, my question was is it useful to do this?
I had started doing water only washing followed by rinse conditioner when hair are exposed to dust or sweat and after that they are clean. In the past I would use shampoo for light dirtiness but water alone do the job.
