I have experienced the occasional employer who will test your values. They will ask if your willing to cut your hair? I tell them very firmly no. My issue is what will they try to change or complain about next? I don’t want to work for close minded companies. Even after saying no, I have gotten the job all but once in 32 years! I realize some individuals have circumstances that may inhibit them from being like me. However, I have always placed money behind my core values . Good luck with your future endeavors.
