Hi Kris, wow what a fantastic start with your hair growth!Is 18 months ago when you started your journey or just an update along the way?Regardless you've achieved ponytail status so clearly your on your way.Do you have a goal length your aiming for?As far as hair suppliments I'm currently not using any so just hoping to maintain what I have at my age.LOL.Great update though but please keep us posted on your progress.
