Thank Mark! 18 months ago is when I started my hair growth journey. In the past I’ve heard drinking food grade diatomaceous earth with water helps to aide hair growth and I’ve seen commercials for Nutrafol but don’t know anyone who has tried it and if it’s worth the price. My goals is waist length so I know my journey is going to be a long one
