What? I joined that group specifically for information about male long hair!
I didn't resubscribe because they seemed to be about extremely long hair on a woman as a sexual fetish. A woman's long hair certainly is attractive, but I joined for help with my own hair.
Well, this is something I had to find out too, albeit belatedly.
However, we all know there is increasing interest in male long hair.
It just takes time.

Just to clarify this statement. This was not a statement on men’s long hair. It was a statement on having a contest category of men with long hair. TILHC has received only 3 photos of men with long hair since the club was begun in June 96. I really do not remember the last time I received one. I has been over a year. It would take years to get enough photos to make it a legitimate category. As Victor has stated. There just is not alot of long hair men photos, nor is there much interest. Out of the thousands of emails I receive in a year. I get less than six asking to see men’s photos. Not even one a month. On the other hand 1 out of every 40-50 emails about long hair care are from men. We do not turn them away. We offer the same advice whether male or female, but you do not have to be a member to read any of our long hair care sections. They are displayed on our site for anyone in the world to see. Please stop by. I am sorry if my bluntness hurt your feelings, Ottawa Male. I was not trying to shut you out. Just telling you the truth.
We are not against men with long hair. I have long hair myself. As for TILHC being a sex site, or fetish site. That is not true at all. If it were, we would not have very many female members. At present we are nearing 50/50.
TILHC is about promoting natural long healthy hair.

in my prior post that I never felt TILHC was a fetish site; my
apologies to you and to the person whose post I was answering for
not being clear on that point.

No apologies necessary OM. Emails messages often get misconstrued (at least mine do). I am glad to be available to all on the internet. The more people choose to have long hair, the less we will hear "your hair is too long".
There is a certain amount of truth to this. Certainly, there are a few sites with picture galleries of longhaired guys, but as the webmaster of one of them, I have to tell you that pictures are hard to come by, especially when comparing to longhaired ladies' pictures, of which there are a ton. For someone who has the time to actively search for them, there are certainly pictures out there. However, I don't get that many contributions.
That being said, I acknowledge that I've received some contributions that have not been posted yet, and for that I apologize. In reality, though, the submissions not yet posted would not fill up a typical gallery. I set up an upload section for people to use to get around my busy schedule, but it, too, has been fairly inactive.
I do have a couple more Samsons in the works. I hope to have another update soon. Meanwhile, if you have any candidates, by all means let me know.
