Last night I went to Shakespeare's Pub, my favorite nighttime hangout. Including myself, there were 6 people in the room. We had hair lengths of butt-length, waist-length, mid-back, 2 shoulder-length, and one about two inches long.
I made a comment to all present that there were two longhairs, three shorthairs, and a bald guy. For some reason everyone thought that was funny except the "bald" guy. He did actually have a very healthy head of hair; it was simply much shorter than what any of the rest of us had.

Actually, you were quite wrong! There were two medium, one shorthair, two buzz-cuts, and one bald (grin).

Actually, I plan to send you a picture soon, but I'm a 'shorthair' also (not for lack of trying, however). I was merely extending your definition of 'longhair' to include only thigh-length hair since we know there are a few individuals who are that well endowed.
