  What can you do to get cornrows done if you got straight hair?

    I'd say just do the rows. The hair has got to be easier to braid and weave when it's straight. I guess an alternative is to get a tight perm first. But check with a good braider before you do anything like that. Godd Luck. I think cornrows are very cool.
