Still growing me hair, not much happening,,,, how long is ya hair on average supposed to grow a month?
any stuff/drugs/food to speed it up?
Human hair averages ½ inch or 1¼ cm per month. There are vitamins out there- one brand which I am currently trying out- no conclusions yet, though my hair does seem to be a little longer. It was long to begin with, so the results would be less dramatic. I'll be in a better position to recommend or not recommend by early summer. The supplement is fairly expensive and is shipped from America so I would want to be sure of its effectiveness before encouraging someone to take on the expense. Good luck.
Go to G.N.C. or any nutrition store and purchase a canister of protien. It is to be mixed with water and is used by weight lifters, which I am. However, I noticed my hair and fingernails(both made of protien)have begun to grow faster upon consumption of the protien.
You may consider wieght lifting too! Then you can have a muscular build and long hair which is my goal. ;-)
Thank you for your suggestion... I already lift weights and am happy with the results.
