Does anyone have, by any chance, any personal celebrity longhair experiences? Reactions to celebrity longhair would be fun, too. Those would be very exciting to hear.
Cheers.
When I was working as an extra on Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, I had the chance to talk with Joe Lando about his hair. Apparently, he's lucky to have very fast growing hair. He said that if he didn't trim it often he'd quickly look like Bill Shockly (who played Hank, the longhaired saloon owner).
Why didn't Sully grow his hair as long as Hank's?
Joe didn't say. I imagine they liked the way he looked when they did the pilot. He said he originally let his hair grow out because he wasn't getting much work with it short. Good gamble. I remember him as one of the two policemen guarding Pavel Chekov in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, maybe this will do:
I absolutely love 80s metal...long hair turns me on to no end. This
year I've fallen madly in love (much to my husband's chagrin) with
Blas Elias (drummer for Slaughter). He usually wears his wavy blond
hair almost to his waist but when I saw them last summer, his hair
was quite a bit shorter--just past his shoulders--and I have a
picture to prove it. This topic sparked a week-long debate on the
Poison list I'm on. Nobody would believe me about his hair and I
finally got fed up with it and wrote to him personally to clear it
up. He said I was right but that he was growing it back out. This
isn't exactly a "celebrity encounter", but it will be this July
because I'm taking him out for dinner and an interview the night
before their show in Atlanta. I fully intend to touch that hair if
I get the chance. I've seen longer hair on guys, but none prettier.

Oops.
Y'all, I'm sorry for screwing this up. I'm really new at this and
don't quite have it figured out. I'm going to try one more time.

P.S. On second thought...just type in
