I have wanteed to grow my hair long for sometime but I have extremely thick hair that is often oily when it is only a couple of inches long. This is why I currently have something of a military crew cut because the sides of my head fro's the worst, and now it stays shaved... What I want to know is if there is anything out there that can keep your hair straight and or thin? I am open to try anything once. I just really want long hair with out a giant fro atop my noggin'. Any help is greatly appreciated.
How about letting it loc up and dread? That could be cool.
Everybody who grows his or her hair long goes through an awkward phase (see following posts for some ideas).
I consider it the test that separates those of us who really want it from those who don’t. Use gels, wear hats, get in-between cuts if you want, but it boils down to commitment.
