I apologize for the recent problems. I was actually not aware there was a problem until today. The problem is that they have suddenly decided to enfore a number of files quota on my account. I had double the number of files in my account as are allowed under the quota. I am told there is a robot that resets this, so this problem may recur. The quota was temporarily lifted for now. I will contact sales ASAP to resolve this issue in a more permanent way.

no apologies necessary... i figured the complete lack of activity was due to everyone being busy doing taxes LOL. maybe you can archive old messages & info heavy files at another site?
I signed up with a hosting service that provides 500Mb of file space for a reason. I intend to use the space. Currently, I'm using about 280 Mb. The contract I signed up under mentioned nothing directly about limiting the number of files, and I am in discussions about clarifying this. I'd rather not move things if I don't have to, and I certainly don't want to go to extra expense that was designed to already be covered.
I will post more details if things change.
