I have a problem. About one year ago my hair stopped growing, and I still can't accept it! True, it's really long, a few inches above my knees, but to me it doesn't seem that long, I wish it could grow longer. Does anyone recognize this kind of problem?
Wow, that's some pretty long hair. You've probably just reached your maximum growing potential.

WOW! I am sooooooo jalous...
I wish I could attain that length one day - this is certainly a goal for me. My hairs are growing relatively fast with the help of some special vitamins (Nutricaps) and I hope this will permit me to attain such a length.
How long did it took you to reach that lenght?

I get them from the local drug store (I live in Montréal, Québec). I have started to use them on last October and have recorded an average of one inche growth per months (before is was half an inche/month). I measure my hairs precisely from the root of my hairs in the front area to the tip of the longest one on the back and, even if there was a diminution during the winter time, I have measured a total of 6 inches in 6 months (the months in autumn were recorded about 1.25 inches of growth).
I am very glad of the results.
I choose this option because of the relative lower price of those vitamines. They cost around $14.00 CAN for 40 caps and they recomend 2 caps per days so it give an monthly cost of $21.00 CAN.
I wish I can keep on recording such a growth rate as I have the intention of letting my hairs grow as long as they can.
I'm 51 y/o now and I want to satisfy this dream before it is too late. I started to let them grow about two years ago but the first year was spent to equalized them to the same lenght (a page cut). Now I have a nice 12 inches long pony tail that I am proud to wear.
It is nice to see that I am not alone with that desire and I find this board interesting.
