Over the years of hat wearing, I had a habit to put on my hat from from front to back, putting stress on the front hairline. I have a widows peak and no baldness on my moms side of the family, all the men have a full head and widows peak. But over the last few years I have noticed sigificant thining in the front. I've been growing my hair out since November and it's roughly 4 inches all around, but now that I have bangs, they are alot thinner than they used to be. I was wondering if the stress I always put on my bangs and wearing a hat could contribute or be the problem of this thining. Poor circulation and stress of pushing back? I have stopped wearing a hat so much since my hair became long enough no to look awkward (It actually looks like Tom Cruises hair :)
I am praying some of it will grow back with less hat wear, any advice is appreciated.
