  I have been growing my hair out for about 14 months now and am enjoying having longer hair for the first time in my life (60+ yrs).

  The hair in the front of my head is still growing but is still 4 or 5 inches short of the "tail". Is there any way to manage this and is there any reliable thing that can be taken to stimulate faster growth?
