Saw a very cool look on a lady that I think will work on a guy too.
I'm not ready to try it at work yet...maybe this weekend.
Here it is:
Braid the hair on your temple areas until the braid reaches back to
where you wrap your pony tail. Leave the extra unbraided.
Pull both small braids straight back and wrap them in with your pony tail.
The effect is two small braids running straight back above the ear and disappearing into the pony tail. They look sort of like racing stripes.
