hey...
I'd just like to thank Eisweisktar for replying to my previous post, and ask a stupid question...
*drumroll...*
Have you ever noticed that some people have relatively straight hair on one side of their head, compared to the other, which (in my case) tends to be just wavy/curly/crazy enough to be difficult?
ok, so far... now here comes the stupid part...
Can sleeping on mainly one side of your head impact on the pattern of the hair on that side? I thought that hair was pretty resilient to change (or I'd still be trying to straighten it...), so this probably has no real effect, but I figured I'd throw some absurdity into it...
So, there it is, my stupid question--but at least mine was original, right? I could have just said "how do I grow my hair long" and been skewered by a well deserved sarcastic reply, but I didn't! So there! hehe... Thanks
I have been told by a hair stylist that it is normal for hair on one side to be slightly different than the other. My hair on the right side is slightly drier than the left. Also, my hair on the left side is slightly more curly than the right. It's normal. Don't worry about it.
The hair on my left side also grows faster.
My hair is equally curly on both sides, but the right side seems to grow more quickly, so this is not an uncommon problem.
Yes - sleeping mostly on one side of your head does flatten down the hair on that side.
Of course, you can't expect hair to be perfectly symmetrical
Of course, hair on one side always seems to be more curly than hair on the other side. Must be an optical illusion.
