Hi, Ive had short hair for a long time (like buzzed short) and I want to grow my hair to just below shoulder length. but I dont want one of those " mullet " cuts. But my mom insists on cutting " just a bit around the ears, to make things neat " ,she doesnt cut anything in front or in back though. just the part above my ears. Ive read the guys long hair sites and they all say not to cut anything. Is this gonna give me a " mullet " ?? please help me with an answer if you can. THANKS GUYS !! jase.
This will not give you a mullet, although people might think so,
maybe you should just not get it cut by the ears at all, just
let it grow, a mullet is described only as short hair
on top, and long in the back, and the hair is usually behind
the ears.
Good luck!
Um yeah thats gonna be something like a mullet. Its easy for these older guys to say to cut nothing, they dont go to highschool. Your mom is probably out of it on modern boy's hairstyles. What kind of hair you got? straight? curly? frizzy? thick? email me I'd be glad to help ya, im in the same boat as you and it took me a long time to figure out which hair to cut, as I am also growing it out (at the 4.5 month mark now).
I am 17 and I have to see don't cut anything, they are right.
My hair has been called a mullet more times than I can count!
