I am Tom.I hae been growing my hait since 1995.It won't get much longer than about midback.Any ideas or suggestions to help it grow.
I wish I had an answer. Mine has been growing a long time too but seems to have hit the terminal length if there is such a thing. Mine is about mid back and hasn't gotten any longer is seems for a while now. I am with you, if there is something somebody knows let me know too
Have you a picture?
Welcome to the board, Tom
Even if you have hit the dreaded terminal length, your hair still looks good. Nice wavy texture. I wonder what the average terminal length is for guys?
Hi Tom. You have awesome hair dude. Keep maintaining it at your current terminal length, it looks good.
hey your hair reminds me of Dave Mustaines (the lead singer from megadeth)
Nice!!!! i like the slighty wavy look

i dunno what my hairs gonna look like long but i hope it has a degree of "waviness" too i think it adds a bit of interes tto long hair
Sounds like you've hit terminal length.
Some of the drugs used for MPB might help. However, if I were you, I'd just consider myself lucky.
My hair seems to have stopped growing at a couple inches past my shoulders (I was hoping for mid-back)
Cheers, Pete.
Hi Tom,
your terminal length is twice mine - and it looks awseome!
To foster growth, you can try, of course, a few common-sense things like getting enough sleep, healthy food (meat is fine if you like it) plus some exercise, and avoiding tobacco and excess alcohol. You're probably doing all that already.
Some people notice improvement with B-vitamins (a B-100 tablet twice weekly is plenty, they should include 100 mg of B1, B2, B6, and niacin), some biotin (5-10 mg twice weekly; don't combine with undercooked eggs), iodide (no more than 200 micrograms daily or 400 µg 2x/week). If it doesn't make at least a small difference after a few months, then stop spending money on vitamins.
Good luck!
Hans-Uwe
