Some bandana pics:
Yes, do keep going. You have done well for two years. What a change! Looks much better!
See ya later.
Wow what a change and thanks for the update. The hair looks great and has great body and curly to. Keep it growing a great inspiration.

Your hair look much much better long. :-) But the again, I am biased.
In my opinion, you look a million times cooler with long hair. Short hair did not seem to suit you at all.
The ponytail looks just as good as loose, which is a fortunate combo; many people feel they look good only one way. But yep, you pull them off well. And nice bandana, too!
Good luck in your future growing, however long you wish it to go!
Thank you for letting your hair grow, you look alot better with longhair and the trim beard looks real good on you.WOOF!!
I like how the top 2 photos have the same pose. Really shows the difference hair makes. I really like the second photo down best.
Fantastic job D4, looks great!
Congratulations on reaching the 2 year mark!
The 2yr mark is the point of "official long hair" in my books and out of the awkward stages. I am 9 months away.
Very good pictures.
What a contrast, you look alot better now as opposed to a skinhead. The bandana look really suits you and pull it off nicely. I like your waves and curls at the ends. Keep growing.
Thanks for everyone's comments, I couldn't have gotten this far without the support and inspiration of all the guys on this board.
Here's a few tips from my own experience:
Everyone one who is still in their first year, the comments start to subside a lot after the 12 month mark, when people start to realise that you actually want it long and are not just being lazy not getting a hair cut. After that, it just gets a whole lot easier to do.
And stop shampooing every day. It saves you money and you're hair will start looking a lot better.
Don't worry when you see a load of hair coming out in your hands and blocking up the plug hole, your not going bald, this is normal.
Try not to make a big thing about your hair growth to people, it draws more attention than you'd like, by all means, if your asked if your growing it, say yes and leave it at that, don't tell them when or where to, just say "I'm growing it long".
As soon as possible, stop using gel/wax or any other hair products, as I said above, condition will improve, and it's quicker to get ready in the morning.
Get used to the idea that your hairs not going to look like someone's you've seen, be happy with what you've got, it will look good in the end. I used to try straightening because I didn't like having curly hair (damaging it in the process). But now I love having it, and wouldn't do without. A lot of the time people want what they haven't got. Curly haired people want straight hair and straight haired people want curly hair.
Well thats it for now.
Thanks.
Looking good. I especially like the shots with the bandanna and the chinstrap beard. Both suit you well.

Have you had any trims for split ends yet?. I ve had one myself.
No, not any cuts at all. I'm not sure if I've got any split ends, but if I have they haven't given me any problems.

WOW! What a difference. I personally like w/o the bandana but either way looks good. Your hair grew fast and healthy.
