I had a question for people..ive been growing my hair out for well over a year now..it is about down to my shoulders..give or take. Is it good for my hair for me to be sleeping on it at night or should i have it out of my way when i sleep? Any ways to do that? Please let me know!
there's no problem with sleeping on long hair. women do it all the time. =P
Ah, but if you go to the Long Hair Community you will find lots of threads on this topic. Some plait it at night, some use satin pillows, and some just spread it out so they don't lay on it. And some put it in a segnented ponytail as the other poster said. Granted most women don't worry about it, but our fellow long hair obssesives of the opposite gender do!
I think my wife might find it a little odd if I suggested we get satin pillows, though!
I believe a segmented ponytail works well. Have one by your head but quite loose, then another bobble further down and so on. This reduces tangles and stuff.
