Yes, those file names can be real case-sensitive.
(Host names are not case-sensitive, though!)
Try Jr00-09j.jpg instead of jr00-09j.jpg
The best way to paste the picture is to navigate to the directory in which you placed the picture (on this server) and right-click the name of the file to copy the shortcut/URL of the file. Then you can simply paste it in the form. Exact details for doing this will depend on your browser version and operating system.
Walter, Your pictures are great inspiration to those of us just getting out of short hair. Your hair looks great! I wish mine was like yours, but I have a while to go.
