Hi am new here, nice site
I am growing my hair out.My hair is red, but I have NEVER seen
any men with long red hair!!. I think I will become a freak lol
Any of you who have red hair??.

There are a few people I know with long red hair and they don't have issues with it. Be proud of what cooliur hair you have, perhaps post an update picture so we can have a look.

My friend has straight red/orange hair like that and he is growing it and it's going to look just like that. The orange beard looks cool too. You have come a long way yourself Mez, your hair was so short back then. If i recall, the singer in Iced Earth has like waist length orange hair, very impressive.

What a shock! He looks like a different person. I totally didn't know that he had quit the band to pursue a security career. His mane was friggin awesome. I wonder how long it would have taken him to grow it to that extreme length.

Hi rauunholt, welcome. Before you get some pre-conceived idea that long red hair on a man does not look good, take a good long look at this guy. He is on Victor's Long Hair site. He has absolutely beautiful, thick, super long, red hair.
Long red hair on a guy IS quite rare and looks spectacular. And no, you won't look like a freak. By all means, grow it out, it will look good. BTW, my hair is reddish blond.

I'd seen this pic before, but never really LOOKED at it - this is absolutely amazing. This guy has some of the most breathtaking hair I've ever seen. And the beard goes perfectly with it. If ever you needed a reason to grow your red hair, this is it!
well, as a longhaired redhead, I can definetely say we are a rare breed (only 3% of the world population are redheads, and far less of them wear it long) but don't let that discourage you, there are many girls I know who are jealous of the mane (now at mid/lower back)

don't have seen much guys with a red, long mane but the few i saw were really impressive - it looks simply great !
u should be proud of having that colour of hair instead having a 'standard colour' ...
i don't think that there are much guys on the world having red hair AND wear in long !
i personally would like it to be in a more 'special' segment of people than in the huge 'standart' part - BE PROUD OF IT !

I'm one of those rarities with long red hair - and here's a pic to prove it!
This is the result of 7 years of growth - terminalo length was down to mid-back. Unfortunately, I cut it short a year ago for a job but I'm growing it out again (and determined never to cut it so short again).
