Ok so i know this will vary on the person but what is the best way that you have found to shampoo and condition hair?
The directions are on the back of the bottle...
Shampoo: Lather, rinse and repeat (if desired)
Conditioner: Apply to hair, leave in for about 2 to 3 (maybe) 5 minutes and rinse.
Many of us use a small amount of shampoo, not worrying about the lather or lack thereof. DON'T repeat, in my opinion.
Then apply conditioner to the ends of the hair, as in nowhere near the scalp. It can cause greasy hair, itchiness or dandruff if rubbed into the scalp. Leave it in for a couple of minutes and rinse out.
Cold water makes a good final rinse.
I just use a small amount of shampoo and softly massage it in. I leave it for about a minute or two then softly rinse it.
I then put a blob of conditioner on my hand and slap it on one side of my head, then get another big blob of conditioner and slap it on the other side, and same for the back and the top (front and back end). I then finger-comb the conditioner through my hair bit by bit and leave it for about 5 minutes. I then let "cold water" run over my hair and softly finger comb as I do this.
I then pat my hair dry a bit with the towel but it's still wet, then I let it dry naturally. When you run your fingers through your hair as it's drying, you'll start to feel its softness!
I do finger comb to remove the tangles I then wet my Hair then apply the shampoo not to much rub into the hair. I then rinse apply some conditioner and massage through hair making sure it reaches the ends. I then leave it in as I wash the rest of my body usually not more than 2 -3 minutes then I rinse. Towel dry slightly finger comb and brush if needed then let it dry naturally. I usually wash my hair twice a week and if I needed apply leave in conditioner once a week.
