Is it true that if you cut or shave of all your hair it will grow back thicker?
No.
No, it is only true for hair that is never cut before, for example:
- facial hair
- body hair
- newborn babies how have never cuut their hair before

No. All the hair above the skin is dead and therefore the root doesn't respond to the hair being cut, the way it does if the hair is pulled.
