It is spiked back with such a copious amount of gel that it looks like a vacuum cleaner is sucking up his hair. You said he is growing his hair out, he looks to have some descent length and well on his way to being a longhair. Chat on MSN later, cya Weston.

I did a quick search for Wayne Static in Google. Indeed, an uncanny resemblance! He also looks like an Anime / Manga character, or Sonic the Hedgehog!

lol man that is great we did somthing similar to my friend who is a longhair he had to lay down thogh for 20mins whilst the gel dryied we gave him a huge mohecan (or however u spell it) was gr8.
