I just showered today and my hair dried already and is looking very neat. But there are many problems, everytime i shower and try to put that shampoo on my hair and(as gently as i can) rub it on my scalp...i lose loads of hair, and when i want to put the conditioner on and(again..as gently as i can) rub it on my hair, i lose loads of hair. Then i come out of the shower and wait until my hair is almost dry(but very little wet) and apply the leave in conditioner(which as gently as i can i rub on my hair and gently comb my hair straight)..this causes my hair to be very nice and straight with no tangles and makes my hair very soft. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT!..but i lose so much hair with this simple showering that i do not know what to do anymore..ive actually been considering taking a shower once every two weeks and just letting my hair stay perfect without letting it touch water anymore. Any help would be very well appreciated because im practically in HELL right now.

Don't worry about the hair loss man, it freaks everyone out at first but its perfectly normal. Everyone loses around a couple hundred strands of hair every day. Every time I wash my hair I end up with a little pile of it clogging up the drain. A simple rule I always follow is its better to underwash than overwash but I have curly hair that gets really dry.
You might want to try getting a shower filter. Whenever I showered, my hair used to get very dry and damaged, and a lot would fall out. But after attatching a filter to the showerhead, this problem mostly went away.
