Here I am today at four months since the last haircut. It's starting to fill out a bit and is feeling good. I'm constantly learning about how to care for it. Still a little while till it covers my ears entirely. The shape of my head (especially the back) is unusual I think, but hopefully it will be less noticable as it gets longer.
Please excuse the picture quality. These were taken with my mobile phone which only does a maximum 640x480 resolution, but you get the idea.

Nice hair to grow!
do you use any conditioners?
Yes, I had been using Alchemy (Australian brand) for a while, but recently got some Garnier Fructis Long & Strong to give that a try. The shampoo I have started using is from 101 (also goes by the name Fabao I believe) and is pretty expensive but is meant to be very good. Time will tell.

Hi Luke B,
Your hair is off to a good head start already for 4 months. Give your hair another year and it is going to start looking downright awesome. Seeing that you hair texture is quite straight it will make the growing out stages alot easier and every inch of length will be very noticeable. The picture quality is okay and for a camera phone it is awesome(yep John B , there is that magic word again!).
Are you planning on keeping the fringe or growing out your bangs with the rest of your hair? Either way would suit you and you should do what you think is best for you. Keep on growing.
I don't plan to cut it at all for the foreseeable future, so bangs it is.
Akkk!!! Pun Alert, Pun Alert!!!!
LOL

Great start for only four months. You will be surprised at what the next 4 brings. Good luck in continued success.
Looks super. Straight hair is great to grow, as there is no awkward stage (not as bad as curly hair atleast), and every bit of length shows.
Good luck and Keep growing
Cheers!

You have nice straight hair and I like the color. Now just add patience! I hope you enjoy the experience of growing out. It was fun to see somebody new in the mirror after only a few months.
Believe it or not, I have a lot of grey tucked underneath, but my natural colour is dark brown.
Just curious, how short did you get your hair cut 4 months ago?

This was taken about a month before my last cut and is similar in length to where I started from.
