Questions:
1.my ponytail is so short,I dought if its a ponytail.What is the minimum length for a ponytail?
2.My mom wants meto have a haircut because she said that it causes Pimples(I have pimples).Is this true?
3.While I'm growing my ponytail,the hair on my nape grows too.What should I do with this hair? should I cut it or just leave it alone?

Well now... that was rather rude and childish, especially since no one but your parents has any say in how you choose to look.
I suggest going to healthcentral.com for good information about pimples/zits. You will be able to go back to your mother with scientific data after researching through that site.
I'd recommend using the search term "acne".
Dirty hair on your face MAY cause pimples, IF YOU WASH YOUR FACE WITH NOXZEMA. Tell your mom that, AND that if you wear a ponytail, it will definitely keep your hair out of your face! ^_^
