Is it any good. some lady recommended it to me awhile back, but I haven't bought it yet. I just need some opinions from you guys first.

I use this daily, and I must admit it's great stuff. I use it right after showering and a little goes a long way. It leaves your hair quite manageable, shiny, smooth, and healthy. I must stress not to use too much, as it may leave your hair somewhat greasy looking. This product is my leave in conditioner in between hair washings. I hope this helps...
